Below are two Math apps I would recommend to parents for supplemental math practice

Picture
Prodigy Math
Prodigy math is an extremely popular tool for teachers and families to encourage math learning among their students. This app creates personalized goals and lessons for students based on their math level and is framed in an adventure style game. Students go through worlds and adventure around while moving through curriculum aligned math questions. The fun nature of this game encourages students to become engaged with the material and want to improve in order to move through the game and the curriculum aligned nature of the problems makes it a wonderful supplemental tool for teachers and parents alike.

IXL Math
IXL is an amazing resource for teachers as well as families that has endless practice questions and games to build math skills for students in any grade! Each practice focus is based in standards for the state which makes it easy for teachers to specifically assign questions for students who may be struggling with certain concepts, or to assign them for students to do at home with the help of their adults. There is a scoring system as well that encourages students to actually work through the problems they are given and not just guess to get it over with. Teachers and families can see the work that their student is completing and the progress they are making, allowing the adults in their life to ensure comprehension and learning.
